We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of enrolment, subject to the following conditions:

• You have not accessed more than 25% of the course content
• The refund request is submitted in writing to [email protected]
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

After the 14-day period or if more than 25% of content has been accessed, refunds are provided at our discretion.

All content on our website and within our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of Gentle Glade or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
